INFORMATION
In a world where humans have begun hunting down and enslaving elves, Rhodri is one of the richest men alive.

He is a merchant of extraordinary ability — the leader of the Red Bird Merchants' Guild, in fact. He is also an elf who frees other elves from their enslavement and brutally murders human merchants who engage in their trade. One might assume that Rhodri is interested in championing his people's liberation, but he adamantly insists that this is not the case. To him, freeing the elves is merely business, he has no interest in the elven plight, and he cares about nothing except establishing more trade routes and making more money — or so he claims.

The truth is that Rhodri cares a lot more than he will admit. But the other truth is that he is not an elf at all — instead, Rhodri is entirely human and is disguised as an elf. His true name is Kile and he is the disgraced sixth prince of the eastern kingdom, tasked with stealing an ancient artifact of the elves in order to re-establish his royal rights. Yet the more that the elves see him as a friend and ally, the more he grows to hate his own black heart.

He is a skilled fighter, a clever merchant, and a deeply charismatic liar who can sell anything to anyone while pretending not to care very much about it at all.

APPEARANCE
Blond hair in a blunt bob, with red catlike eyes. Always dressed in very fine white-and-gold clothing with a white cloak and black gloves. Rhodri is also remarkably attractive; it is noted that he wouldn't be able to pass as an elf if he weren't. Unfortunately, he is thoroughly aware that he has a beautiful face and can be a bit of a dick about it.

Canon heights are not given in Money Forest, but he appears to be quite tall, probably 6'0" / 180cm.

PLATONIC CONTACT
He does not like being touched by strangers and will tell you not to touch him, but also won't really kick or push you away if you do. He's a little bit of a tsundere in that regard.

SHIPPING & SMUT
Uh, maybe...? I am not really seeking ships with Rhodri at this time, but I'm open to ships if they come up. OTA, no gender preference, but I would prefer that this either comes up organically in our thread or you plot this out with me in advance. He could be open to no-strings-attached FWB, other schemers, or grumpy-cheery dynamics, and he's not above offering his body if it gets him what he wants... but the really important thing is that we have good writing chemistry and get along OOCly, I think!

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE
Yes, absolutely. He is a fairly accomplished fighter with a sword blessed by lightning spirits. It takes quite a toll on his body, however, so he needs to end physical altercations before he tires.

MAGICAL INFORMATION
As a human, Rhodri cannot use magic; elves sometimes mistake his human technology for magic instead. For the sake of him not being immediately called out as a fraud, however — if your character would normally be able to sense that he is human due to his lack of magic, let's say that his fake enchanted ears override that. He claims that he doesn't use magic because he grew up outside of the elven forest.

MINDREADING
I will pass on mindreading for this character!

OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS
None in particular. Can actually get quite upset if you interrupt his business or desecrate his property, however.

No problem. I tend to drop threads whenever I think the conversation is winding down, though — always feel free to poke me into continuing a thread again if you had something planned.

PREFERRED THREADS
Open to anything! I don't really expect castmates because the only other recurring character from his series is Mee (though if anyone would want to play her, please, by all means, join me in hell). I do tend to prefer some degree of genre match, however! Rhodri would play nicely against other fantasy characters, especially ones with elf and/or slavery dynamics. I would be happy to play off Dungeon Meshi, Dragon Age, Final Fantasy XIV, or other fantasy manga series!

Canon aside, I'm down for all sorts of adventures. Maybe your character has an artifact that Rhodri is interested in claiming, stealing, or bartering for? Maybe it's the other way around, and Rhodri has something that your character will have to convince him to part with instead? I'm happy to plot with you if we have similar interests!

I can be quite slow and Rhodri is not my main muse, so! I will always try to finish threads and be consistent, but I promise there's no hard feelings if I drop something; it's me, not you.
